We require a CD or email with files or a database of your client records in some standard format. This is only if you have one (this is a question on the valuation fact find).
We will also require either your letter headed paper or a digital copy of your artwork so we can write a joint letter to the clients informing them of the sale.
If you have large number of paper files we will probably want to collect them.
If we do it will be at our expense and all we ask is that you are available at the time we arrange for the pickup and that they are accessible for our driver.
